In a change to the original programme, Sue Fysh from Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust will talk about this UK-wide project that is empowering people to to take action for nature and bringing communities together.

Wherever you live and work in Lincolnshire, there is nature outside your door. In some places, it may ‘just’ be tiny insects and garden birds, or resilient flowers growing amid the paving stones, but these wild patches within an urban, industrial or intensively agricultural environment are crucial. Gardens, allotments, sports grounds, churchyards, even window boxes or planters in car parks, provide a wealth of homes for wildlife and help to provide a joined-up landscape of connected habitats that allows animals to move and follow their natural behaviours.
