DESCRIPTION:Come along to the Heritage Room of the Town Hall where there is a great display of local history photographs and artefacts for you to see. \nFor those interested in collecting local history material\, there will be a local history rummage table. In our archive we have lots of duplicates of old postcards\, photographs\, printed local history material\, magazines etc. so in order for us to make more room in our collection now is your chance to take home a piece of Kirton’s history or find that old picture you have been looking for (and much more) for a small donation to the Society’s funds. \n \nAlso\, please bring along any local history material or items that you would like to show us or donate to our collection; and our latest publications and second-hand books will be on sale too.
